From the farm hills of Reggio Calabria, to the open shores of Melbourne, young Pasquale Saporito was raised between two worlds. An ornate table, covered in odd shaped plates and cutlery, was the grounding centre of the family’s new home in Australia. At dinner, this table would transform into a portal back to Calabria. Sapori International was established to protect the authenticity of that experience.
